Abstract
This mixed-method design study examines contemporary library practices. The most prevalent and impactful strategy is Digital Resources Integration (rating of 3.92), highlighting the importance of leveraging technology in collection management. This emphasizes the need for libraries to invest in technologies that enhance user access, streamline processes, and contribute to overall service evolution.Intellectual Freedom Policies are the least implemented strategy indicating a potential gap in safeguarding intellectual freedom. The study underscores the significant impact of Integrated Strategies in Library Collection Management and their role in the development and assessment of modern libraries. As information landscapes evolve, prioritizing integrated approaches becomes crucial for maximizing positive outcomes. The thematic categorization of Librarians' narratives into areas such as Technology Integration Challenges, Streamlined Processes' Benefits, User-Centric Approaches, Data-Driven Decision-Making, Staff Training and Adaptation, and Ensuring Accessibility and Inclusivity provides valuable insights into challenges and priorities faced by library professionals. This information guides the tailoring of training programs, resource allocation, and strategic planning to align with the experiences and concerns of staff. Ultimately, this approach leads to more effective and user-focused library services, contributing to the ongoing evolution of modern libraries.
